A Madison man accused of firing a gun from his vehicle at another vehicle in Fox Lake has pleaded not guilty to charges against him. 21 year old Anthony McCaskill Jr. entered the plea this week in Dodge County Circuit Court. He’s charged with discharging a firearm towards a person, endangering safety/reckless use of a firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon. The incident allegedly unfolded September 13th after McCaskill and his girlfriend got into an argument with other people at the Fox Lake Kwik Trip. Then after leaving the convenience store, McCaskill is accused of firing shots at the other vehicle while traveling on Highway A. Bullets struck the vehicle, but no one was injured.
