A Fond du Lac woman arrested last summer along with a Fond du Lac man following a fight and residential burglary has been bound over for trial. Following a preliminary hearing Friday Yolanda Clark pleaded not guilty to multiple charges including burglary while armed with a dangerous weapon. Clark and Hughie Roby were arrested last June after officers responded to a report of a fight in the 100 block of East 1st Street with reports of possible gunshots fired.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
