A truck driver from Merrill, Wisconsin has been charged in connection with a crash on Highway 23 east of Fond du Lac last summer that sent five people to the hospital.  Fifty nine year old Randy Miles is charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.  He is free on a $5000 signature bond.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 8th.  Investigators say blood tests show […]

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Assembly has passed a bill dissolving Wisconsin's nonpartisan board overseeing elections, campaign finance and ethics laws. The proposal now heads to Gov.
