Fond du Lac Fire/Rescue is partnering with Fond du Lac Firefighters Local 400 in offering Child Identification kits to all students, K-12.  The kits are available for all students throughout Fond du Lac County including all homeschooled children. 11-24-15 alaska deer hunter killed in wisconsin

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin officials say an Alaska man is dead after his hunting companion apparently shot him.  Department of Natural Resources Warden Jon King says the 39-year-old Fairbanks man was deer hunting with a 35-year-old Wisconsin woman in Columbia County on Sunday.  King says the man apparently handed a loaded rifle up to the woman while she was in a tree stand. 11-24-15 fatal underage driver crash

MILWAUKEE (AP) — The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner is investigating the death of a 14-year-old boy who was a passenger in a car driven by a 15-year-old driver.  Investigators say the 15-year-old lost control of the vehicle early Saturday in Milwaukee and struck a tree.  The passenger was pronounced dead Saturday night at Children's Hospital.

The cost of a traditional Thanksgiving dinner will be down slightly from last year according to the Wisconsin Farm Bureau’s annual look at the price of a Thanksgiving dinner for 10 people.
