todayDecember 15, 2015

MILWAUKEE (AP) — Temperatures in Wisconsin feel more like spring than mid-December.  Widespread, consistent rain caused slick conditions for commuters Monday morning. And the National Weather Service posted a flood warning for rivers near Baraboo, Blanchardville, New Munster, Martintown, Brodhead and Portage.  The rain  tapered off  Monday with fog, drizzle, wind and slowly falling temperatures Monday afternoon. More normal temperatures are expected to arrive later this week with highs Thursday back in the lower 30s.
