KOHLER, Wis. (AP) — Union workers have overwhelmingly approved a new contract ending a monthlong strike against the Kohler Company in Wisconsin.  Union officials say the tentative agreement was supported by 91 percent of the 1,846 employees who voted Wednesday. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker has signed into law a bill that rewrites Wisconsin's campaign finance law.  It's one of two major bills Walker signed Wednesday.
