TOWN OF WINNECONNE, Wis. (AP) — The Winnebago County Coroner's Office has released the names of a couple killed in a fire last week. Deputy Coroner Kim Maki identified them Monday as 68-year-old Albert Klemp, and his 66-year-old wife, Colleen Klemp. Sheriff's officials say they were found dead after firefighters extinguished a residential fire Wednesday in the Town of Winneconne.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A judge has reinstated a former agent's whistleblower case against the state Justice Department. Dan Bethards sent an email in 2012 to DOJ Criminal Investigation Division Administrator Dave Matthews and DOJ Human Resources Director Mary Casey alleging his supervisor, Jay Smith, was selling guns without a federal license. A federal investigation resulted in no charges and Bethards was fired.
