Testimony continues in the trial of a Fond du Lac woman charged in the shooting death of her husband. Police say Eve Nance killed her husband, Timothy Nance, because he was going to leave her for another woman. Witnesses who took the stand Tuesday included a gunshop owner who sold a 9mm handgun to Nance. One of the victim’s best friends recalled when Tim went missing. He told the jury about a noticing a different shower curtain the bathroom in the Nance home. Police say Nance was shot in that bathroom. He also testified that Eve Nance seemed “emotionless” during a vigil for her husband…about a week before his body was found in Milwaukee. Nance is charged with first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse. She is accused of shooting her husband twice in the head in their 10th Street Fond du lac home and dumping his body in a wooded area in Milwaukee two days later. His body was found on Thanksgiving Day, 2013.
