The Fond du Lac City Council recently completed City Manager Joseph Moore’s 2015 performance review. Using a scale of one to five to measure 15 elements of performance and leadership, one being poor and five being outstanding, the City Council provided Moore a combined average rating of 4.73.  Council President Lee Ann Lorrigan called Moore’s performance impressive. Council Vice President Gary Miller echoed that sentiment.  “The FDL City Council could not have hired a better leader to lead our city.  I thank him for all his efforts.” Lorrigan said.   Lorrigan says the City Council and the City Manager are currently refining goals for 2016 and remain committed the City government’s mission, “to provide excellent local government through responsiveness and accountability to the citizens of Fond du Lac. Our values: Excellence in Service, Honesty, Integrity, and Personal Accountability guide everything we do.”  Lorrigan and Miller both praised Moore’s commitment to that mission.
