(AP) — The Wisconsin Senate has passed a bill that makes repeated acts of child abuse a felony.  The bipartisan bill passed Tuesday would require that a jury unanimously agrees that a person physically abused the same child at least three times in a specified period. The Fond du Lac Area United Way is making a last minute plea for donations.  United Way Executive Director Amber Kilawee says the fund drive is at 90 percent of the goal. Kilawee says a little more than $682,000 has been raised…about $73,000 short of the goal.
