2-11-16 bill would relax sulfur dioxide regulations

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Legislature’s budget committee has approved a bill that would relax Wisconsin’s sulfur dioxide regulations. The Republican bill would eliminate requirements that major utilities submit annual plans for complying with sulfur dioxide emission requirements to the state.
