OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Prosecutors have charged three Oshkosh women with stealing more than $140,000 in lottery tickets from the convenience store where they worked. Thirty-two-year-old Sheila Coates, 30-year-old Nicole Cushman and 35-year-old Christina Jacques each face a felony theft charge. The the three women appeared Monday in Winnebago County court, where a $1,000 signature bond was set for each defendant.  According to the complaint, the owner of Bob’s Citgo contacted Oshkosh police last month after finding out some of his employees were stealing lottery tickets from the business and giving them to someone in exchange for drugs.  The thefts allegedly occurred over a three-year period.  The women are due back in court next month.
