MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker has signed an executive order creating a commission to study how to strengthen families.  Walker signed the order Jan. 25. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker has signed a bill legalizing concealed switchblades and knives.  The governor signed the measure Saturday at the annual National Rifle Association and Wisconsin FORCE convention in Weston. Nobody was injured in a fire that damaged a Waupun home.  Shortly before 4pm Saturday firefighters were called  to the Christopher and Christine Mayo  home at  704 East  Franklin Street.  Fire chief B.J, DeMaa says upon arrival, smoke and flames were visible on the back  side of the home.
