OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Prosecutors have charged three Oshkosh women with stealing more than $140,000 in lottery tickets from the convenience store where they worked. Thirty-two-year-old Sheila Coates, 30-year-old Nicole Cushman and 35-year-old Christina Jacques each face a felony theft charge. 2-23-16 water service work-fdl

The Fond du Lac water utility says some Fourth Street Fond du Lac  residents may see minimal water disruptions over the next month due to water service work that begins Tuesday.  Crews will be lowering water services on Fourth Street, between South Park and South National Avenues.  The water service work is expected to continue through March.  Fourth Street will remain open to traffic, however parking lanes will be closed to allow for excavation work.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Taxpayers paid out more than $577,000 to nine current and former members of Gov. Scott Walker's security team last year after a federal agency found the state had wrongly withheld overtime pay from them.  According to the State Patrol, the payouts cover a period of time, from May 2013 to May 2015, when Walker was frequently traveling for his presidential run.
