The move by Lockheed Martin clears the way for Oshkosh Defense to complete work on the $6.7 billion contract to build nearly 17,000 Joint Light Tactical Vehicles for the Army and Marine Corps. GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Green Bay Packers defensive tackle Mike Pennel has been suspended by the NFL for the first four games of the 2016 season for violating the league's substance abuse policy. The Department of Natural Resources says after six days, spearers have taken enough female fish to halt the season on those waterways.
