MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Assembly is poised to send a bill that would require state agencies to develop plans for cutting or maintaining their budgets to Gov. MIDDLETON, Wis. 2-17-16 man injured in utv rollover on lake winnebago

A man was flown by Flight for Life helicopter to the hospital after the Utility Terrain Vehicle was driving on Lake Winnebago rolled over.  About 6pm Tuesday rescue personnel were called to the scene about a quarter mile south of Wendt’s on the Lake near Van Dyne.  Investigators say the UTV tipped over and pinned the man underneath.

Appeals Court judge JoAnne Kloppenburg will square off against  Rebecca Bradley in the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court in April.  They were the top vote getters in Tuesday’s primary election with Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Joe Donald finishing third.  Governor Scott Walker appointed Bradley to the court following the September death of N.
