A Wisconsin woman who was the first person known to survive rabies without a vaccine has given birth to twins.  Jeanna Giese-Frassetto gave birth to fraternal twins at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton on Saturday. The children are named Carly Ann Frassetto and Connor Primo Frassetto.   Giese-Frassetto said her family is “very blessed to have these children.”   Giese-Frassetto was bitten by a rabid bat in 2004 at a Fond du Lac church. She survived after a doctor at Children’s Hospital and the Medical College of Wisconsin used an experimental mixture of drugs and a medically induced coma to treat the disease. She had to learn to speak and walk again.  She married Scot Frassetto in September of 2014 and is now living in the Fox Valley.
