Waupun Memorial Hospital's commitment to the patients and families it serves will be further evidenced with the development of new private patient rooms at the West Brown Street facility. 3-15-16 fdl county fair grandstand acts announced

The grand stand line-up for the 2016 Fond du lac County Fair has been announced. 3-14-16 oakfield teacher waiting for call from froedert hospital

3-14-16 fdl school administrator salaries

The Fond du Lac School Board will consider a one-percent salary increase for school district administrators at their meeting Monday evening.  The increase would be for the current school year.  The increase totals nearly $26,500 and would be split equally among the 28 administrators.  Each person would receive $946 if approved.

3-14-16 five injured in alcohol-related crash in dodge county

Five people received non life-threatening injuries in an apparent alcohol-related two vehicle crash in Dodge County.  The crash happened early Saturday morning on southbound Highway 151 south of Highway 49.  The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office says  a car driven by 34 year old Eric Anderson from Waupun rear ended a Pontiac Grand Prix causing the Pontiac to go into the median and overturn.  Four occupants in the Pontiac, from Missouri, were transported to the […]

3-14-16 rash of heroin overdose deaths in dodge county

The Dodge County Sheriff says in the last two and a half weeks detectives have investigated  four suspected heroin overdose deaths.  Sheriff Dale Schmidt says additional details are not being released at this time because they are ongoing investigations.  Schmidt says its important for the community to be "aware of the seriousness of the epidemic that continues to grow and plague our community."
