3-3-16 four people injured in rollover were not wearing seatbelts

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says four people injured in a rollover crash on  Highway 45 were not wearing seatbelts.  The crash happened at about 9:30 Tuesday night on 45 near the Fond du lac-Winnebago County line.  Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s captain, Rick Olig says four occupants, all from Oshkosh were transported to the hospital.  A six week old infant who was in a car seat was not injured.  Olig […]

3-3-16 attorney for fdl police officer confident client will prevail

The attorney for a Fond du lac police officer who resigned following a sex scandal two years ago says he is confident his client will prevail.  A circuit judge recently ordered that officer Curt Beck be reinstated and awarded him damages for back pay that could total more than $100,000.  Attorney Dan Kaminsky says police chief Bill Lamb committed perjury and misconduct during the investigation and should be suspended or removed from office. (AP) — A Wisconsin appeals court has ruled Green Lake County and Berlin's police department are immune from claims in a child abuse case.  The 2011 investigation happened after a boy told his principal his uncle had showed him pornography.
