3-26-16 dairy owner scraps plans for massive goat farm

MADISON, Wis. 3-25-16 fdl man killed in rollover crash-victim identified

Slippery roads were apparently a factor in a one vehicle rollover crash in Fond du lac that claimed the life of a Fond du Lac man.   The victim has been identified as 33 year old Christopher R. 3-25-16 wisconsin unemployment

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin's unemployment rate didn't budge last month. Preliminary data the state Department of Workforce Development released Thursday shows the state's unemployment rate was 4.6 percent in February, unchanged from January. The national unemployment rate was 4.9 percent in February.  The state added a total of 7,200 nonfarm jobs last month. The state added 8,000 private sector jobs but lost 800 government jobs.

OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — A defense contractor in Oshkosh has picked up about $676 million in federal contracts to build and update military vehicles.  The Army granted Oshkosh Corp., Wisconsin's largest federal contractor, three renewal contracts totaling $433 million on Monday.
