4-19-16 fdl city council re-elects lorrigan council president

Newly elected Fond du Lac city council members have been sworn into office.   At an organizational meeting Tuesday City Clerk Maggie Hefter administered the oath of office to newcomers Kay Miller and Derek Terbeest and incumbents LeeAnn Lorrigan and Karen Merkel.  Lorrigan was re-elected council president and Merkel was elected council vice president.  Miller, a Fond du Lac chiropractor, was the top vote getter in the April 5^th election.
