4-8-16 democratic congressman won’t say how he voted

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Democratic congressman from Wisconsin will not say which presidential candidate who he voted for in the state's primary. U.S. Representative Mark Pocan is also one of 10 super delegates who can cast a vote at the party's convention for either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, regardless of who won the Wisconsin primary.

(AP) — A University of Wisconsin System regents committee has approved UW-Madison's new tenure policy.  Republican legislators stripped tenure protections out of Wisconsin law last year. The Board of Regents last month adopted a new policy that allows schools to lay off tenured faculty in financial emergencies and for educational consideration and requires performance evaluations.
