MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The group that runs a state-owned shooting range in northern Wisconsin is none too pleased with the Department of Natural Resources' new rule proposals. The DNR has proposed rules for the nine ranges it owns around the state. The plan calls for banning liquor possession and consumption, automatic weapons, tracer ammunition and exploding targets. The DNR's board is set to vote on the package April 13.
