5-4-16 waupun fire department retirees

The Waupun Fire Department recognized a number of recent retirees during an awards ceremony held in their honor on May 1. The retirees included: Ron VandeZande (46 years of service), Dave Redman (37 years of service), Gary Chase (35 years of service), Rich Smith (34 years of service) and Roger Oosterhouse (25 years of service). As a group, these individuals have amassed 177 years of service to the Citizens and City of Waupun. Throughout their careers, these men have demonstrated dedication and leadership that have helped shape the department for the future. The retiree’s families were also recognized and thanked for their commitment, support and willingness to share their family member for so many years.
