MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin prosecutors have charged a 20-year-old man accused of killing an Illinois woman in a random drive-by shooting along an interstate. Zachary Hays was charged Wednesday with first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree recklessly endangering safety. A Rosendale Man has claimed the Badger 5 Jackpot.  Bryan Bard of Rosendale is the lucky winner of the $81,000 jackpot from the Saturday, April 30 Badger 5 drawing. Bard purchased his ticket at Hansen's BP on West Johnson Street in Fond du Lac. Bard’s ticket matched the winning numbers of 3, 13, 16, 20 and 23.

Walleye Weekend holds a t-shirt competition that allows individuals to show off their creative skills, sponsored by Hopper’s Silk Screening and All-Star Trophy.
