MADISON, Wis. (AP) — New preliminary data indicates Wisconsin's unemployment rate dipped slightly last month.  The state Department of Workforce Development released a report Thursday that put the unemployment rate in April at 4.4 percent, down from 4.5 percent in March and down from 4.6 percent in April 2015.  The national unemployment rate for April was 5 percent.  The report found the state lost 12,600 jobs in April. MADISON - Department of Health Services (DHS) health officials today announced a Wisconsin resident has a confirmed case of Zika virus infection.
