The Fond du Lac Police Department has been notified of a change of address for James E Miller. Miller was previously released from custody on December 20, 2016, after serving prison time for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine. Miller also has a previous conviction for Sexual Battery in the State of Tennessee. Miller was convicted of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old female acquaintance on multiple occasions and an 8-year-old female acquaintance.
James E. Miller is on extended supervision until June 2020. Special conditions of James E. Miller’s supervised release:
1) No contact with victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2) Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision and cooperate with lifetime GPS monitoring.
3) Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, lifetime registration with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
