1-22-17 clyman man going to prison in heroin overdose death

A Clyman man is going to prison for supplying the heroin that led to the death of a Dodge County woman.   At a hearing Friday Dodge County Circuit judge Brian Pfitzinger sentenced Gabriel Brandl to seven years in prison and 13 years of extended supervision.  Brandl was earlier convicted of first degree reckless homicide in the death of Holly Nehls.  Brandl, an admitted heroin addict, confessed that he and Nehls […]

The Fondy Food Pantry has announced a new coordinator for its Food For Thought program.  Pantry vice president Mallory Gilbertson has been hired for the post.  The Food For Thought program helps feed elementary and middle-school aged children who are at risk of not having food to eat on weekends.
