todayFebruary 19, 2017

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin schools Superintendent Tony Evers faces two challengers, Lowell Holtz and John Humphries, in Tuesday’s primary. The two highest vote-getters will advance to the April 4 general election. Turnout Tuesday is expected to be low. The race is officially nonpartisan, but Evers is backed by Democrats and their allies while Holtz and Humphries are casting themselves as more conservative alternatives.
