CHICAGO (AP) — A federal appeals court will consider the fate of a Wisconsin inmate featured in the Netflix series "Making a Murderer."  Brendan Dassey was sentenced to life in prison in 2007 in the death of photographer Teresa Halbach two years earlier. 2-14-17 illinois man convicted of sexually assaulting fdl girl

An Illinois man has been convicted of  sexually assaulting a 12 year old Fond du Lac girl.  At a plea hearing Monday 37 year old Paul Zidarich pleaded no contest to an amended charge of second degree sexual assault.  A pre sentence investigation was ordered.  Zidarich was originally charged with first degree sexual assault of a child and attempted sexual assault of a child.  He was accused of fondling the […]

A Fond du Lac group is proposing a large mural to honor the armed forces.   A  Leadership Fond du Lac team wants the mural painted on the north side of Dreher Collision Concepts at 290 North Main Street.
