The Fond du Lac High School senior prom will be Saturday, May 20, and the senior parents are busy planning this year’s Post Prom party which will be held following the dance from 12 a.m. to 3 a.m. The goal of the parent volunteer committee is to provide a fun, memorable and, most importantly, SAFE Post Prom for our senior students and their dates. A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
