3-15-17 semi vs. pedestrian victim identified

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office has identified the victim who was struck and killed by a semi while walking along Highway 151 in Dodge County.   The victim has been identified as 19 year old Brandon B. 3-15-17 safest cities in wisconsin

A new report lists the 50 safest cities in Wisconsin…and Fond du Lac did not make the list.  The National Council for Home Safety and Security compiled the list by reviewing the most recent FBI Uniform crime report statistics.   According to the report Oconomowoc, Freedom and Mukwonago are the top  three safest cities in the state.   North Fond du lac is 29th,  Ripon is 41st and Waupun is 47th.    The […]

3-15-17 fdl police say threatening note found at fdl high school is not credible

3-15-17 two students arrested after bringing gun and ammo to manitowoc school

MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) — Authorities have arrested two students suspected of bringing a loaded gun and ammunition to a school in Manitowoc.  Police say the resource officer at Wilson Junior High School received tips from students that a gun was in school Tuesday.   Using the tips, school officials found .22-caliber ammunition inside a student's backpack.
