The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash over the weekend. The Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened at County Highways CW and EM. Evidence at the scene indicates the vehicle was southbound on EM at a high rate of speed, left the road, went through a ditch coming to rest 50-70 yards into a farm field.

The Fond du Lac School District Business Services director is stepping down. Wendy Brockert is resigning to return to her previous position in the Lake Mills School District. Superintendent Dr. Jim Sebert told the school board in a memo that “it makes sense for her on personal and family levels.” Brockert is leaving after four years in Fond du lac.
