4-29-17 celebrate marian weekend

Marian University is holding its annual Celebrate Marian this weekend
Saturday, April 29 

• Splatter Run: Marian’s annual Splatter Run will begin at the Regina Parking Lot. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m., and the race will begin at 8:30 a.m. Registration is $10.
• Marian will have a food truck available serving tacos beginning at 11 a.m.
• 3 on 3 Basketball: Marian will host 3 on 3 basketball games in the Sadoff Gymnasium from 1:30 – 6 p.m. Cost is $60 per team. 3 or 4 members allowed per team.
• Alumni Soccer Games: Marian’s alumni men’s and women’s soccer players will play at Noon and 2 p.m.
• Big Band: Marian’s big band concert, featuring Driftwood at 4 p.m., with the main act Thompson Square beginning at 5:30 p.m.
• Jazz Concert: Marian’s Vocal Jazz Ensemble and Little Big Band will perform at the Hornung Student Center at 8 p.m.
