4-27-17 credit card thefts

Law enforcement say stolen credit or debit cards have been used at Wal-Mart stores throughout northeast Wisconsin.  Investigators believe the credit card information was stolen with a credit card skimmer and used at Wal-Marts in several area communities including Fond du lac, Oshkosh and Sheboygan.  The cards were used between March 18th and March 21st, before they were deactivated. 4-27-17 city of fdl puts brakes on mandatory lead water pipe replacement program

4-27-17 local unemployment rate down

The unemployment rate is down significantly in area communities.  The city of Fond du Lac unemployment rate for March is three percent, down from 3.8 percent in February.  The Fond du Lac County jobless rate fell from 3.9 to three percent.  In Dodge County the March unemployment rate stands at 3.5 percent, down from 4.3 percent.
