Waupun officially has a new police chief. Scott Louden was sworn in as chief at this week’s Waupun Common Council meeting. The 38 year old Louden has been with the Waupun PD for 17 years. He served as the deputy chief prior to his promotion to chief. “I’m extremely proud of working for a great organization and a great community,” Louden told WFDL news.
