A portion of West Scott Street in Fond du Lac will be closed starting Monday.  The Fond du Lac Public Works Department says the westbound lane of West Scott Street between Hickory Street and Seymour Street will be restricted to one lane of traffic and the eastbound lane of traffic will be closed to through traffic.  The closure will allow the water utility to make repairs to the water service. The president of the Fond du Lac County Economic Development Corporation, Steve R.
