6-26-17 former mayville police chief makes initial court appearance

The former Mayville police chief accused of falsifying a police report on behalf of the son of a fellow police officer and friend has made his initial court appearance.  Christopher MacNeill  appeared in Dodge County Circuit Court Monday on charges of misconduct and obstructing.  MacNeill is free on a thousand dollar signature bond.   A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 10th.
