Seventh Street from South Main Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to September 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
July 24^th to July 28^th: The grading contractor continues to excavate and grade the roadway and placing aggregate base between Ellis St and Main St.  The electrical contractor is installing electrical conduit for street lighting between Park Ave and Main St.
Traffic Impacts:  Seventh Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
North Military Road from West Follett Street to West Scott Street
Schedule:  May 2017 to September 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
July 24^th to July 28^th: The utility contractor will begin to pulverize the road late in the week.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road will be closed to through traffic late in the week. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Fifth Street from South Marr Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to September 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
July 24^th to July 28^th:   The utility contractor continues to install the sanitary sewer and water mains/laterals on Fifth St.
Traffic Impacts:  The intersection of Fifth and Marr will remain partially closed until the utility work is completed.  Fifth Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Ellis Street from Fourth Street to Eight Street (North Leg)
Schedule:  May 2017 to September 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
July 24^th to July 28^th: The utility contractor continues the sanitary sewer and water mains/laterals on Ellis from Fourth St to Sixth St. The electrical contractor is installing electrical conduit for street lighting between Sixth St and Eighth St.
Traffic Impacts: Ellis Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs.  Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
West Second Street Bridge
Description: The bridge deck will be milled and overlaid which requires the closure of the bridge to vehicle and pedestrian travel.
July 24^th to July 28^th: The Contractor will being to place the epoxy mid-week. It may take four days to complete two layers of epoxy under the new railing, on both the sidewalks and on the bridge deck.  Weather permitting, the bridge should reopen to pedestrian and vehicle traffic in two weeks.
Traffic Impacts: The West Second Street Bridge remains closed to traffic and pedestrians.
