7-14-17 fdl restaurant closes temporarily after health inspection finds evidence of cockroaches

A popular Mexican restaurant in Fond du Lac is shut down after a Fond du Lac County Public health inspection found evidence of cockroaches in the building.  The Public Health Department says Mazatlan Restaurant on South Main Street has voluntarily closed until the restraurant is cleaned and health violations are addressed.   A recent health inspection on July 13 found evidence of cockroaches in the kitchen and storage areas.  Insects […]
