The American Red Cross-Wisconsin Chapter is making an emergency call for donations.  Red Cross spokesperson Laura McGuire says there is a critical shortage of all blood types.  McGuire says blood donations have fallen short of expectations the past two months, resulting in about 61,000 fewer donations than needed.  McGuire says the shortage is equivalent of not collecting any blood donations for more than four days.  She says overall, the summer […]
