Fans and sprinklers are working overtime to keep cows comfortable in the dairy barn at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds this week.  Dairy and Livestock extension agent, Tina Coleman, says the heat and humidity can quickly take its toll on cows.  "When it gets about 72 degrees cattle start showing signs of distemper from heat and when it (temp) gets higher they start having heat stress,"  Coleman told WFDL news. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin's unemployment rate is unchanged for the month of June.  The state Department of Workforce Development reported Thursday that unemployment in June was 3.1 percent.
