The Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance analyzed taxable property value data that was finalized Tuesday by the state Department of Revenue. The Dodge County Fair is underway. More than 50,000 people are expected to attend the Fair and its free concert lineup and daily entertainment. The Oak Ridge Boys will perform Thursday night, LOCASH on Friday and .38 Special on Saturday. Concerts begin at 8pm and grandstand admission is free. Seven juveniles have been cited for vandalizing the Waupun Aquatic Center. A review of the records shows that two Wisconsin Department of Corrections employees suspended for poaching walleye on Lake Erie were not truthful when initially questioned by the Ohio DNR. Forty two year old Joseph Kelm is charged with four counts of second degree sexual assault by correctional staff.
