8-10-17 Oshkosh Man Sought in Connection with July Shooting

Oshkosh police are searching for a 19-year-old man in connection with a July shooting. Officials say Daniel D. Billings is wanted for 1st degree reckless injury as a party to a crime and armed burglary. According to police, a 24-year-old man was shot in the back on Hobbs Avenue on July 27th during a robbery. That man was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

8-9-17 Man and Boy Die in Overnight Plane Crash in Jefferson County

Two people are dead after an untralight plane crashed into a river shortly after takeoff in Jefferson County last night. Officials say the plane tookoff from Fort Atkinson Municipal Airport around 8 o’clock last night. Shortly thereafter, the plane went down in the Rock River. JEFFERSON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say an ultralight plane with two people on board crashed into a river in Jefferson County. First responders used boats to reach the victims. Waupun police are looking to identify four to five boys who were caught on camera vandalizing the Waupun Aquatic Center over the weekend.
