8-7-17 EAA Seaplane Crash Claims Second Victim

A second person has died following a seaplane crash at EAA last month. Ray Johnson of Marshall, Minnesota died at an area hospital last week following injuries he suffered when the seaplane he was in flipped over on Lake Winnebago. Authorities say the plane was going 80-miles-per hour and failed to get high enough off the choppy waters. A 71-year-old woman was also killed in the accident.

8-7-17 Police ID Woman Killed in Friday Crash on Highway 151

Authorities have identified the woman killed in a two vehicle crash Friday morning in the town of Oakfield. 89-year-old Charlotte Roessl of West Bend failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Wolf Road and highway 151 around 10:30 Friday morning. 8-5-17 elderly west bend woman killed in hwy 151 crash in fdl county

One person was killed and two people were injured in a two vehicle crash south of Fond  du Lac.  The crash was reported shortly before 10:30am Friday on northbound Highway 151 and Wolf Road near Oakfield.  A preliminary investigation indicates an 89 year old West Bend woman was northbound on Wolf Road and failed to stop for a stop sign at the intersection with  Highway 151.  Her car was broadsided […]
