Seventh Street from South Main Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 4^th to September 8^th:  The paving contractor has completed the remaining sidewalk and carriage walks.  The grading contractor will continue preparing the terraces for placing topsoil and landscaping.  The landscaping contractor may begin placing topsoil and landscaping by the end of the week.
Traffic Impacts:  Seventh Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
North Military Road from West Follett Street to West Scott Street
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 4^th to September 8^th:  The utility contractor will finish the sanitary sewer main in the intersection of W. Follett Street and then move to McWilliams to start the storm sewer.  The second utility crew will start installing storm sewer from Scott Street to McWilliams Street.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Fifth Street from South Marr Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 4^th to September 8^th:  The electrical contractor will continue installing conduit from Marr Street to Main Street.  About midweek the concrete contractor will begin placing curb and gutter from S. Park Avenue to Main Street, along the south side of the road then come back on the north side of the road.

Ellis Street from Fourth Street to Eight Street (North Leg)
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 4^th to September 8^th:  The electrical contractor will complete the installation of the electrical conduit along Ellis from 4^th to 6^th Street.  Charter/Spectrum will relocate an existing service along the west side of Ellis at 4^th Street.  About midweek the concrete contractor will begin placing curb and gutter along Ellis and 5^th Street.

Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs.  Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Whispering Springs Drive
Schedule:  August 28 2017 to September 15, 2017
Description:  The project includes pulverizing existing pavement and re-paving the roadway.
September 4^th to September 8^th:  The contractor will pulverize and regrade the existing pavement.  Traffic will operate on gravel base until the following week.
Traffic Impacts:  Whisperings Springs Drive will remain open to local traffic.
CTH VV (PIONEER RD) from Hickory Street to Rogersville Road
Schedule: April 2017 thru November 2017
September 5^th to September 8^th: The contractor will continue to place concrete pavement for Military Road and also on CTH VV (Pioneer Road) between Military Road and Hickory Street.  Landscaping work will be done along CTH VV (Pioneer Road).  Work on the traffic signals will also continue.
Traffic impacts: Military Road is closed between CTH VV (Pioneer Road) and South Seymour Street. The closure for Military Road is tentatively scheduled to be complete in early October.  The contractor is planning to switch traffic onto the new concrete of the eastbound lanes of CTH VV (Pioneer Road) near the middle of the week.
