Seventh Street from South Main Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 11^th to September 15^th:  The landscaping contractor will complete placing topsoil and landscaping by the end of the week.  The asphalt paving contractor will begin fine grading for asphalt pavement toward the end of the week in preparation to pave the following week.
Traffic Impacts:  Seventh Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades.  Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
North Military Road from West Follett Street to West Scott Street
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 11^th to September 15^th:  The utility contractor will continue in the McWilliams intersection installing storm sewer.  The second utility crew will install storm and sanitary sewer leads on the side roads throughout the project from McWilliams to Follett Street.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Fifth Street from South Marr Street to South Park Avenue
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 11^th to September 15^th: The concrete contractor will finish placing curb and gutter and then start installing the driveway aprons and sidewalk.   They will also pave the intersection of 5^th and Marr before the end of the week.  The electrical contractor will start installing electrical boxes and wiring through the week.
Traffic Impacts:  The south intersection of 5^th and Marr Street will be closed for about three weeks for placing concrete pavement until final cure is achieved.

Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
September 11^th to September 15^th:  The electrical contractor will complete the installation of the electrical boxes and wiring along Ellis Street from 4^th to 6^th Street (north leg).  The asphalt paving contractor will begin fine grading for asphalt pavement toward the end of the week in preparation and paving the following week along Ellis from 6^th to 8^th Street (south leg).
Traffic Impacts: Ellis Street is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs.  Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Whispering Springs Drive
Schedule:  August 28 2017 to September 15, 2017
Description:  The project includes pulverizing existing pavement and re-paving the roadway.
September 11^th to September 15^th: Asphalt pavement will be placed over the pulverized base course.
Traffic Impacts:  Whisperings Springs Drive will remain open to local traffic.
CTH VV (PIONEER RD) from Hickory Street to Rogersville Road
Schedule: April 2017 thru November 2017
September 11^th to September 15^th: The contractor will continue to place concrete pavement for Military Road and also on CTH VV (Pioneer Road) between Military Road and Hickory Street.  The contractor is also scheduled to place curb and gutter in these same locations.  Landscaping work will also be done along CTH VV (Pioneer Road).
Traffic impacts: Military Road is closed between CTH VV (Pioneer Road) and South Seymour Street. The closure for Military Road is tentatively scheduled to be complete in early October.  The contractor is planning to switch traffic onto the new concrete of the eastbound lanes of CTH VV (Pioneer Road) near the middle of the week.
