9-22-17 fatal shooting-appleton

APPLETON, Wis. (AP) — Appleton police are investigating a fatal shooting.  Authorities say a 48-year-old woman was shot at a residence early Thursday morning. A 58-year-old man who lives at the house was taken into custody.  Police say it's a domestic incident and there's no threat to the public.
