North Military Road from West Follett Street to West Scott Street
Schedule:  May 2017 to November 2017
Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
October 2^nd to October 6^th: The utility contractor will install storm sewer from Follett to W. Arndt Street and then install sanitary and water services from Arndt to Cotton Street.   The second utility crew will continue watermain from Cotton to McWilliams Street.  They will also install storm sewer inlets in various locations along the project.  The electrical contractor will complete the installation of conduit from McWilliams to Sibley Street.
Traffic Impacts: Military Road is closed to through traffic.  It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED – LOCAL TRAFFIC ONLY” signs. Parking is not permitted on the street during working hours.
Fifth Street from South Marr Street to South Park Avenue

Description:  The project includes reconstruction of the sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, street, and lighting.
October 2^nd to October 6^th:  The utility crew will adjust the manhole structures in preparation for fine grading and asphalt paving, planned for the end of the week.  Asphalt paving should begin October 9^th weather pending.

Ellis Street from Fourth Street to Sixth Street

CTH VV (PIONEER RD) from Hickory Street to Rogersville Road
Schedule: April 2017 thru November 2017
October 2^nd to October 6^th: The contractor is scheduled to place asphalt on the remainder of locations throughout the project including at Oak Park Avenue, driveway tie-ins and the pedestrian trail.  Landscaping work may be done on Military Road and along westbound CTH VV (Pioneer Road).  Work will also continue on the traffic signals and lighting.
Traffic impacts: CTH Traffic impacts: CTH VV (Pioneer Road) from Hickory Military Road is closed between CTH VV (Pioneer Road) and South Seymour Street. The closure for Military Road is tentatively scheduled to be complete in early October.  The contractor is planning to switch traffic onto the new concrete of the eastbound lanes of CTH VV (Pioneer Road) near the middle of the week.
