Bail has been set at $25,000 cash for a Fond du lac man accused of robbing a woman at gunpoint in a restaurant parking lot. Domonick Morrow made his initial Fond du lac court appearance Tuesday on charges of armed robbery, resisting, theft and disorderly conduct. He is accused of pointing a gun at a woman in the Friar Tuck’s restaurant parking lot earlier this month and stealing her cell phone. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 2nd.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
